Week 8 Cold Hard Locks
No Eagles on this week which means I can actually enjoy football this weekend. Well except all my fantasy teams that will probably struggle again this week. Can’t win this year in football, just like the Eagles.
Dolphins at Patriots
Why does anyone doubt Tom Brady? Stop embarrassing yourselves people.
The Pick – New England
Lions at Chiefs
The Lions are a mess. Here’s to hoping they trade Megatron to the Eagles. It actually makes sense for both teams. Kansas City will get after poor Stafford all day.
The Pick – Kansas City
Chargers at Ravens
I keep waiting for the Ravens to show up. But Rivers and this air attack will slaughter a beat-up and under-talented Ravens secondary for a big win.
The Pick – San Diego
Cardinals at Browns
While the toughness and unexpectedly good offense for the Browns is refreshing, the Cardinals are simply too talented and execute too well. Look for Palmer to have a nice day against an injured Cleveland secondary.
The Pick – Arizona
Vikings at Bears
The Vikings are looking more and more like a playoff team, especially with the emergence of a balanced offense as Stefon Diggs looks better each week.
The Pick – Minnesota
Bengals at Steelers
Cincy keeps rolling even with Big Ben’s return. Not the best team in the NFL but the most balanced across the board.
The Pick – Cincinnati
Titans at Texans
No Mariota but it doesn’t matter. Hoyer and Hopkins will dominate and J.J. Watt will be rocking and rolling as usually.
The Pick – Houston
G-Man is going with the Titans and flow-hairdo Mettenberger.
Giants at Saints
High scoring affair down in the Big Easy. Drew Brees outduels Eli Manning in a great showdown through the air.
The Pick – New Orleans
G-Man is going against his heart and picking the derp Giants.
49ers at Rams
The Rams are looking better and better each week with the best back in football simply taking over games. Go Todd Gurley go.
The Pick – St. Louis
Buccaneers at Falcons
Falcons have success but this game will be tough as the Bucs have players on both sides of the ball. Julio Jones makes the difference.
The Pick – Atlanta
Jets at Raiders
On on the Carr-Cooper-Black Hole bandwagon. So good to see the Raiders playing well again and Amari Cooper to me is a top 10 wideout in this league already. They take one here against a competent New York squad.
The Pick – Oakland
G-Man doesn’t believe yet in the magic that is Amari Cooper.
Seahawks at Cowboys
Dez or no Dez, Cassel and Co will have little luck against Seattle who needs every win they can get. The NFC East stays as tight and bad as ever this year.
The Pick – Seattle
Packers at Broncos
Best game of the season so far. Lower scoring then a usual Peyton/Aaron game but Rodgers does just enough to pull out the win. Both teams though prove they are worthy of title contention.
The Pick – Green Bay
Colts at Panthers
Yeah, I’m going Colts here. Andrew Luck is too good to not have a great game eventually. The Panthers are in for a letdown eventually and the Colts know their coach is on the hot seat. Surprise upset here on Monday Night.
The Pick – Indianapolis
G-Man has fully bought into The Cam Show and is going with Carolina.
